Hybrid: ServiceNow (TSM) Tester

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements and prepare comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, End-to-End Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.
• Validate ServiceNow TSM functionalities, including:
• Service Fulfillment
• Service Assurance
• Service Inventory
• Case Management
• Telecom Order Management
• Test integrations between ServiceNow and external OSS/BSS, CRM, ERP, and Network Management systems.
• Validate workflows, notifications, business rules, forms, portals, APIs, and telecom-specific configurations.
• Execute test cases and document test results, defects, and observations.
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
• Coordinate defect triaging with Business Analysts, Developers, and Solution Architects.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.
• Support UAT activities and production validation testing.
• Maintain test evidence and documentation for audit and compliance requirements.
• Ensure solutions meet business, functional, and performance requirements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of software testing experience with at least 2 years in ServiceNow.
• Experience testing ServiceNow applications such as:
• Telecom Service Management (TSM)
• ITSM
• CSM
• Service Catalog
• CMDB
• Strong understanding of Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) and defect management processes.
• Experience creating:
• Test Plans
• Test Cases
• Test Scenarios
• Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• Defect Reports
