Compensation: Up to 30,000/month fixed + uncapped sales incentives

About the Role:

Logicsofts Solutions Ltd runs two specialist digital agency verticals - Logicsofts and Wave69 - offering SEO, web development, paid advertising, and hosting services to clients globally. We're hiring a Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition, with primary focus on the Wave69 vertical and occasional support for Logicsofts. This is a high-growth role: strong performers will be fast-tracked into a Sales Head position, owning the sales department end-to-end across both verticals.


What you'll do

  • Identify, prospect, and reach out to potential clients (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp outreach) across UK, US, Australia, Europe, and Asia
  • Qualify leads, run discovery calls, and pitch services across SEO, hosting, web development, and paid ads Manage the sales pipeline from first contact to closed deal
  • Coordinate with the founder/delivery team on proposals, pricing, and onboarding
  • Maintain CRM records and report on pipeline activity and conversions
  • Adapt working hours around target time zones for outreach (flexibility expected; core office hours 10am-7pm)


What we're looking for

  • 6 months-1 year of sales/BD experience (agency, SaaS, or services background preferred)
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Comfortable working in or being client-facing for a specialist/niche business vertical - full discretion required
  • Self-starter who can work independently and handle rejection in cold outreach
  • Based in Delhi, NCR , able to work from office with hybrid flexibility


Growth path

This role is designed to grow into Sales Head, with ownership of the full sales function across both verticals as the team scales.
