Senior Software Reliability Engineer - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Software Reliability Engineer - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role focuses on providing support for enterprise security, workflow orchestration, platform automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate with SRE resources, Product Managers, and Engineering leads to design, build, and support enterprise solutions like Ansible, Terraform, and BMC Truesight Orchestrator.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for enterprise security, workflow orchestration, platform automation, CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms
• Collaborate with other SRE resources, Product Managers and Engineering leads to design, build and support enterprise solutions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise solutions
• 5+ years of experience in supporting enterprise security, orchestration, workflow automation, CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms
• Experience with Linux and Windows Administration
• Knowledge of .NET, Java, and Python
• Experience with ITSM tools like BMC Remedy or ServiceNow
• Familiarity with Enterprise Logging Monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Tivoli ITM, Sitescope)
• Experience with Ansible, Ansible Tower, and Terraform
• Experience with Application Performance Monitoring tools such as Dynatrace
• Knowledge of Tableau
• Able to work a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite

Pay range: $63.68 - $71.68 per hour
