Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex enterprise technology initiatives across multiple teams and global locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong application background, experience in hybrid Agile environments, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage enterprise application rollouts, upgrades, and system integrations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple vendors across global locations.
  • Drive project governance, risk management, timelines, and delivery milestones.
  • Oversee transition management, go-live activities, and operational handovers.
  • Manage executive stakeholders and communicate project status, risks, and dependencies.

Required Skills:

  • 15+ years of Senior Project Management experience.
  • Strong experience in enterprise applications, SAP/non-SAP integrations, and Agile delivery.
  • Expertise in program governance, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience managing global transformation initiatives and distributed teams.
  • Knowledge of JIRA or Azure DevOps (ADO) dashboards is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
