Profile Requirement

We need very strong profiles as per JD. Candidate has to be strong and have hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud and should have good knowledge of Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Drive adoption of Salesforce AI capabilities, including Einstein AI, Agentforce, predictive analytics, generative AI, and intelligent automation.

Evaluate emerging Salesforce technologies, AI innovations, and industry trends to recommend continuous platform improvements.

Define enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture standards, integration patterns, and best practices aligned with business objectives.

Ensure data governance, security, compliance, and data quality standards across Salesforce platforms and integrated systems.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture and solution designs.

Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions involving custom development, APIs, middleware, and third-party integrations.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development, administration, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Salesforce Architect-level certification(s) such as Application Architect or System Architect.

Basic working knowledge of Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) is preferred.
