Our client is looking for a Windows Systems Engineer to play a key role in the design, planning, execution, and installation of the current infrastructure to support new applications and technologies. Candidate will support software and hardware upgrades and maintenance of Windows servers, operating systems, infrastructure systems, and applications.

NOTE: Candidates MUST be WI residents local to Madison, WI. No relocation is allowed. This position will be onsite a minimum of two days per week.

Contract: 1 year

Skills Required:

8-10 years of experience in the following:

·        Microsoft Windows Server

·        Active Directory

·        Microsoft SQL Server

·        VMWare

·        Windows Server Update Services (WSUS)

Skills Desired – A plus to have:

·        PowerShell

·        Experience supporting M365 and SharePoint

·        Administration of Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS)

·        Administration of Microsoft .NET web applications

·        ITIL certification
