Job Description

VarenyaZ is looking for remote B2B Lead Generation / Referral Partners who can help generate qualified business opportunities for IT, AI, SaaS, CRM/ERP, automation, dashboard, web app, and custom software projects.


This is not a fixed-salary role. This is a commission-based partnership.


Commission:

10% of collected project value for approved qualified opportunities that convert into paid projects.


Example:

If a client pays $50,000, your commission is $5,000.


What you will do:

- Identify relevant businesses

- Start conversations through LinkedIn, email, warm networks, or referrals

- Qualify basic business needs

- Identify decision-makers

- Coordinate/book meetings with our team

- Share short context notes before handover

- Support follow-ups where needed
