What You'll Need • Board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. • Several years of clinical experience as a Senior Physician in child and adolescent psychiatry. • Proven ability to shape structures and drive the development of new organizational units. • Experience in team leadership and guiding development processes. • Strong expertise in child and adolescent mental health and excellent social competence. • A proactive and open-minded approach to new developments and decision-making.
