The Role • Safely operate forklifts as per established procedures. • Load and unload trucks in compliance with all safety regulations. • Execute professional warehousing and inventory management, including putting away and retrieving pallets. • Fill products into Big Bags and ensure correct packaging and labeling. • Support various production tasks as needed, offering variety and cross-training opportunities. What You'll Need • A valid forklift license (Flurförderschein). • Practical experience in operating forklifts and handling truck loading/unloading. • A reliable, flexible, and team-oriented work approach. • Willingness to work in shifts. • Good German language skills for effective communication. • Ideally, a completed vocational training, but motivated career changers with relevant experience are also encouraged.
