Role: SAP S/4HANA EPPM Consultant

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA EPPM Consultant to support enterprise project solution engagements, customer demonstrations, and S/4HANA transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM) solutions, including SAP Project Systems (PS), Portfolio & Project Management (PPM), and Commercial Project Management (CPM), with hands-on experience delivering successful SAP implementation and conversion projects.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to design solutions, demonstrate capabilities, and support customers throughout SAP S/4HANA project lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP S/4HANA EPPM solution design, configuration discussions, and customer-facing demonstrations covering PPM, CPM, and Project Systems (PS) functionalities.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and conversion projects with a focus on project-driven business processes.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate business needs into scalable SAP EPPM solutions.
• Provide consulting expertise across SAP project management processes, including portfolio planning, project execution, budgeting, cost tracking, and project reporting.
• Develop and present solution demos showcasing SAP S/4HANA Project solutions and related cloud capabilities.
• Collaborate with functional teams across Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and project-related business processes to ensure integrated solutions.
• Support SAP Cloud project solutions, including S/4HANA Cloud and Cloud for Projects, where applicable.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum delivery teams, contributing to sprint planning, solution reviews, and continuous improvement activities.
• Engage with customers to understand challenges, provide recommendations, and deliver timely solutions.
• Create solution documentation, process flows, and knowledge materials to support successful project execution.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in:
  • SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM)
  • SAP Portfolio & Project Management (PPM)
  • SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM)
  • SAP Project Systems (PS)
• 3+ years of hands-on consulting experience delivering SAP project-based solutions.
• Proven experience participating in successful SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, or conversion projects.
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience working with SAP EPPM solutions, including SAP CPM, PPM, and PS.
• Experience with SAP Cloud solutions such as:
  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud
  • SAP Cloud for Projects
  • Related SAP cloud project capabilities
• Strong understanding of project-related integration with:
  • SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)
  • SAP Materials Management (MM)

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certification in an EPPM-related solution area is preferred.
• Experience supporting customer workshops, solution demonstrations, and pre-sales engagements.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle processes.
• Experience working in global SAP environments.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
