Job Description

Role: Workday Learning Consultant
Location: Bay Area, CA/Menlo Park, CA
Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Learning Consultant with strong expertise in the Workday Learning platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting Workday Learning solutions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to deliver effective learning management solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with the Workday Learning platform.
  • Experience with Workday Learning configuration, administration, and support.
  • Knowledge of learning management processes including course creation, curriculum management, enrollment, and tracking.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Workday Learning solutions.
  • Ability to configure learning content, security roles, business processes, and reporting.
  • Experience supporting Workday Learning implementations, enhancements, and production support.
  • Strong understanding of Learning & Development (L&D) business processes.
  • Experience with Workday reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide functional solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Workday Learning functionality based on business requirements.
  • Partner with HR, Learning & Development, and business teams to improve learning processes.
  • Design and implement learning solutions, including courses, programs, and learning paths.
  • Support Workday Learning integrations and data management activities.
  • Develop and maintain reports and analytics related to learning activities.
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Support Workday releases, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Create documentation, training materials, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during implementation and support activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday Learning certification preferred.
  • Experience with Workday HCM, Talent, or other Workday modules.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
