The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers. • Handle a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs. • Manage your own stock, complete reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication. • Operate independently, making the right calls for each customer and situation. • Represent the company with pride, embodying its values in every customer interaction. • Adapt to a dynamic work environment with new challenges daily. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician. • Proficiency in working with a range of light vehicles. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points. • Strong interpersonal skills for customer interaction and advice. • Ability to think on your feet and solve problems independently.
