The Role • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for patients with orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric conditions. • Conduct treatments adapting to diverse settings, including private practice and care facilities. • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with patients. • Accurately document all treatments and patient progress. What You'll Need • Completed training as an Occupational Therapist (m/f/d). • Valid professional license to practice in Germany. • Open to newly qualified therapists. • Experience with orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric patient groups is a plus. • Additional certifications such as manual lymphatic drainage, pain, or respiratory therapy are advantageous. • A flexible, self-directed approach with a passion for working with people.
