Job Description

Role Objective:

  • Support both online and offline marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for seamless execution.
  • Ensure effective communication and tracking till last-mile delivery.
  • Maintain detailed reports and records of marketing efforts.

Principal Accountability:

Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Track analytics and engagement metrics across platforms.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives, videos, and stories.
  • Support execution of paid ad campaigns under guidance.
  • Monitor trends and suggest improvements based on audience response.

Offline Marketing Coordination

  • Coordinate with vendors for printing, logistics, and event materials.
  • Maintain vendor databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Support planning and execution of activations, events, and POSM distribution.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Liaise with internal departments (sales, design, production, etc.) for requirement gathering.
  • Follow up with vendors and ensure end-to-end delivery of assigned tasks.
  • Ensure consistent communication and closure of action points.
  • Maintain logs and daily/weekly/monthly reports on task execution.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain Excel trackers, campaign reports, vendor logs, and PO/Invoice status.
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and summary dashboards.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and campaign summaries.

Essential Requirements for Fitment (Key attributes):

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and basic marketing tools.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, or social media scheduling tools preferred.
  • Strong follow-up skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
