• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices
• Hands on experience with core platform configuration and customisation
• Business Rules
• UI Policies & UI Actions
• Flow Designer (flows, subflows, actions)
• Notifications, Scheduled Jobs, ACLs

Integrations

• REST & SOAP APIs (inbound and outbound)
• Import Sets & Transform Maps
• Authentication methods (OAuth, Basic Auth)
• Experience on SSO/ITSM/ERP Product Integrations
• ServiceNow Portal / Employee Center configuration
• Widget configuration and basic UI customization
• Telephony integration

Duration: 06 Months and possible extension
