Delivery Lead

Key Responsibilities<br />Lead day-to-day delivery activities across multiple application development teams.<br />Own sprint planning, execution, and delivery within an established Agile framework.<br />Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.<br />Coordinate delivery efforts across multiple development workstreams and business functions.<br />Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations across teams.<br />Oversee and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities between application development teams and business stakeholders.<br />Track progress and maintain delivery transparency through Azure DevOps (ADO) boards and reporting tools.<br />Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical teams, and delivery objectives.

Work closely with offshore SAP teams based in India and coordinate delivery across global resources.<br />Support release planning and ensure successful execution of project milestones.<br />Drive continuous improvement across Agile delivery processes and team collaboration.<br />Promote the effective use of AI-enabled development and testing practices within the software delivery lifecycle.

Required Experience<br />Significant experience as a Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or Technical Delivery Lead.<br />Proven ability to lead software development delivery within Agile environments.<br />Experience coordinating multiple development teams and managing complex delivery dependencies.<br />Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and application delivery processes.<br />Experience working with bespoke or custom-built business applications.<br />Familiarity with Java and React development environments, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams.<br />Experience managing offshore delivery teams and distributed working models.<br />Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.<br />Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Agile delivery tools
