Registered Nurse Supervisor PreOp

• Schedule: Day shift l  Full-time

• Orchestrate balanced care assignments by assessing daily patient needs and matching duties to the unique skill sets of your licensed, non-licensed, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Lead through real-time mentorship by observing care delivery, offering immediate coaching, providing formal feedback to department leaders, and actively guiding performance improvements.
• Master shift planning and intelligence by gathering key clinical and operational data from your team to build a proactive, seamless strategy for the entire unit.
• Shape your future team by participating directly in candidate interviews and recommending top talent to ensure high standards of patient care.

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida. Credentialed from State Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

• Current or recent PreOp RN experience.
• Prior RN leadership experience.
