Test Analyst

We are partnered with a fast-growing software provider that builds complex, cloud-based management platforms. They are looking for a detailed, technical QA / Software Test Analyst to join their quality assurance team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys manual and automated web application testing, troubleshooting complex workflows, and ensuring high software quality.

Location: Bristol (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000

Core Focus: Web Application Testing, QA, Regression Testing, Issue Tracking

Key Responsibilities

• Software Testing: Execute manual and exploratory test scripts across core cloud platform modules.
• Defect Management: Identify, log, and track software bugs and configuration issues clearly.
• Quality Assurance: Perform regression testing for new feature releases and system updates.
• Collaboration: Partner with development and support teams to resolve issues and verify fixes.

Essential Requirements

• Testing Background: Proven experience in web software testing, QA methodologies, or technical support.
• Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills for documenting defects.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong overall IT literacy and interest in cloud applications.
