They are seeking a dedicated Machine and Plant Operator to join their team and play a crucial role in producing high-quality packaging materials. The Role • Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure operational targets for efficiency and quality are met. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during production or setup processes. • Ensure adherence to high-quality standards through diligent checks and corrective actions. • Maintain accurate records of materials, quantities, and time bookings, preferably using SAP. • Support maintenance personnel with repair and upkeep tasks, and perform routine machine maintenance as per specifications. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a packaging technologist, industrial mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification. • Relevant professional experience is desirable. • Proficiency in adhering to quality and hygiene standards. • Familiarity with SAP is a plus. • Strong communication skills in German are essential. • Willingness to work in a 3-shift or optional 4-shift system.
