Applied Scientist III

Amazon is seeking an Applied Scientist III to build AI agents that transform recruiting and candidate experiences at global scale. You will design, train, and deploy advanced ML models across NLP, personalization, and decision systems to power intelligent recruiting agents and candidate voice experiences. Partnering with product and engineering, you'll own end-to-end science solutions, from problem framing and data strategy through experimentation and productionization, driving measurable impact in a fast-moving, customer-obsessed environment.
