The Role

• Support the Head of Entertainment in the successful development and delivery of entertainment experiences, ensuring shows and events are safe, on time, on budget, and to brand standards.
• Plan, deliver, and manage all production elements for the resort's entertainment and event program, working collaboratively with other managers.
• Lead and develop the production and wardrobe teams, focusing on improving performance standards and ensuring high-quality guest experiences.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of entertainment productions, live shows, seasonal events, and special activations.
• Manage production schedules, rehearsal timelines, and technical requirements, ensuring seamless delivery and troubleshooting live issues.
• Plan production resource requirements, manage budgets, and oversee costume and prop upkeep.

What You'll Need

• Strong understanding of live production environments coupled with excellent people management skills.
• Demonstrable experience in a leadership role within entertainment and performance, with a track record of improving operational efficiency and guest experience.
• Proven ability to create and lead development programs and enhance performance standards.
• Experience in managing fast-paced operations while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction and quality.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to effectively lead, motivate, and engage teams, especially during high-demand periods.
