Teamcenter Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design enterprise-wide Teamcenter PLM solutions.
• Lead Teamcenter implementation, upgrades, migration, and customization projects.
• Configure and manage:
  • Teamcenter Product Structure Management
  • BOM Management
  • Change Management
  • Workflow Management
  • Document Management
  • Classification and Variant Management
• Integrate Teamcenter with:
  • CAD systems (NX, CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks)
  • ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
  • MES and Manufacturing systems
• Develop and review:
  • BMIDE extensions
  • ITK customizations
  • SOA/REST APIs
  • Active Workspace customizations
• Define PLM architecture, security models, and data governance standards.
• Perform performance tuning and scalability planning.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and IT teams.
• Lead technical teams and mentor Teamcenter developers and administrators.

• ITK (Integration Toolkit)
• RAC (Rich Client)
• SOA / REST APIs
• Teamcenter Workflow Designer
• Teamcenter Dispatcher
• TcRA / T4EA integrations
• Oracle / SQL databases
• Java, C++, JavaScript
• CAD integrations (NX, CATIA, Creo)

Typical Experience

• 10–12+ years in PLM
• 7–10+ years of hands-on Teamcenter architecture experience
• Experience in large-scale manufacturing or high-tech product companies
• Strong understanding of product development and engineering change processes
