What's the role? This is a newly created opportunity designed to help scale our Professional Services offering and shape what comes next. As Executive Manager, Professional Services, you'll sit at the centre of our strategy, bringing deep industry expertise and forward-thinking ideas to influence how we show up in market.

You'll work across Sydney Warrane, Gadigal Country in a permanent, hybrid role, partnering closely with senior stakeholders, customers and product teams. From supporting complex transactions to shaping the customer value proposition, you'll be driving growth across lending, deposits and transactional banking.

This is a highly visible role where you'll represent Westpac externally, building strong relationships across the Professional Services sector and bringing market insights back into the business. You'll help define strategy, support bankers on complex deals, and play a critical role in scaling a growing portfolio.

What do I need?

• Strong experience in banking with a solid understanding of products and technical structures
• Exposure to or experience within Professional Services
• Ability to influence at senior levels and translate insights into strategy
• Experience supporting complex transactions and business development activity
• Confident communicator who can represent the brand in market and engage stakeholders
