Job Description

As a Regulatory Project Manager in Enterprise Change Office, you will play a key role in the global delivery of enterprise-wide rules and regulatory initiatives and will be responsible for leading programs of varying complexity. You will utilize your expertise in multiple project phases such as: planning, change management, organization, communication, and implementation.

You will partner with leaders across Europe and Asia to lead, develop, and oversee delivery of strategic business/IT initiatives focused on't + 1 regulatory change. You will lead efforts to develop and analyze options to solve strategic problems as it relates to our long-term strategic plan and partner with stakeholders to recommend appropriate approaches for solving business challenges and ensuring alignment. You will develop subject matter expertise in detailed end to end initiative delivery and understand the impacts to the various enterprise teams. You will work with various stakeholders to ensure the T + 1 regulatory requirements are properly delivered.

  1. You have a minimum of five years of regulatory project management experience for an investment bank or (ideally) another investment management firm as experience working in the asset management industry and/or familiarity with a wide variety of investment products and vehicles would be strongly preferred for this role
  2. You are a skilled communicator and can facilitate ambiguous and challenging discussions.
  3. You've fine-tuned your communication style to connect with a variety of stakeholders including executive-level stakeholders
  4. You've partnered cross-functionally to solve complex problems and have the confidence and courage to influence others and add value with a focus on understanding and managing the impact of change
  5. You've had previous success with strategic and/or operational project delivery experience (business strategy, technology systems, vendor management), and have the ability to apply and lead flexible delivery models to execute the work
  6. When developing and executing a plan, you consider long term impacts and make a personal commitment to exploring diverse perspectives and dissenting viewpoints with a continuous improvement mindset
  7. You thrive on challenges and enjoy partnering with others to achieve meaningful results

Role and Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Tracking:

  1. Establish a project roadmap with milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
  2. Implement a system to monitor progress and stakeholder engagement levels.
  3. Conduct regular reviews and adapt strategies based on ongoing feedback.
  4. Provide regular updates with the social impact team leadership.
  5. Create a comprehensive stakeholder directory with roles and responsibilities.
  6. Communicate progress and changes, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project status and developments.
  7. Maintain dialogue with stakeholders to manage expectations and celebrate milestones.
  8. Utilise feedback to refine project approaches and address challenges.
  9. Stakeholder Coordination and Relationship Management:

Required soft skills:

  1. Strong communication skills
  2. Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement
  3. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with all stakeholders
  4. Ensure that stakeholder contributions are valued and integrated into the project

Please note h ybrid working: 4 days a week in office + 1 day WFH
