  • Synthesize hardware-software integration strategies alongside cross-functional engineering teams to optimize equipment performance.

  • Drive continuous technical innovation across advanced automated platforms within a collaborative, state-of-the-art environment.

  • Prepare for future organizational leadership by mentoring peers and scaling department workflows over a two-year growth arc.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor''''s Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely aligned technical discipline.

  • Expertise in Java development, or advanced mastery of alternative 4GL languages such as Python, C++, or C#.

  • Demonstrated background building control systems for Robotics, Automated Machinery, Equipment Automation, or Object-Oriented Systems.

  • Deep familiarity with modern Software Engineering Methodologies and hardware-level software control paradigms.

  • A collaborative mindset thrives in an energized, team-oriented culture with an exceptionally stable workforce.

Compensation & Total Rewards

  • Base Salary Range: $130,000 – $165,000 annually (commensurate with experience).

  • Relocation Assistance: Available for qualified candidates outside the local commuting area.

  • Health Coverage: Premium healthcare and medical insurance packages.
