Role: Lead Business Analyst

Location: Boston, MA – Onsite – F2F Interview

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Chief Product Owner to define product vision and roadmap for Contract Lifecycle Management initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements.
• Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog.
• Write detailed user stories and define acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
• Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Client Services, and IT stakeholders to align business objectives with technical solutions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product demonstrations.
• Ensure product solutions meet legal, regulatory, and business requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes.
• Solid understanding of contracts from a legal perspective.
• Experience defining product requirements, managing product backlogs, and writing user stories.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Asset Management or Financial Services industry.
• Hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management platforms such as Luminance or iCertis.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.
