Revenue & Cross-Selling: Drive revenue growth across broking and cross-selling products in line with organizational objectives.
Franchisee Sales Management: Lead and manage the franchisee sales team, providing coaching and support to achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales team performance, implementing strategies for improvement.
Lead Generation: Develop and execute effective strategies to expand the franchisee network and enhance market presence.
Market Analysis: Track market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with franchisees to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal company policies within the franchisee network.
