Location: Bournemouth to Worthing (& surrounding areas)
Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE + Company Car/Car Allowance

Are you a confident, driven sales professional who enjoys getting out, meeting customers and creating new business opportunities?

We're looking for an enthusiastic Regional Sales Representative to join a successful and growing business. This is a field-based role where you'll be responsible for driving customer engagement, increasing footfall and generating new opportunities across a network of trade stores.

This is not a desk-based sales role. You'll be out and about every day, visiting customer sites, building relationships and making sure the business stays front of mind with customers in your region.

What you'll be doing

• Visiting customers face-to-face across your assigned region
• Supporting five trade stores and helping them achieve their monthly sales targets
• Driving customer footfall and encouraging customers to visit their local store
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Visiting new customer sites and prospecting within the local area
• Distributing catalogues and promotional materials to generate interest and engagement
• Building strong relationships with customers and gaining valuable local market insight
• Identifying larger opportunities and passing these to the relevant sales teams for follow-up
• Working closely with Store Managers and Regional Account Managers
• Supporting customer enquiries, quotations and follow-up activity
• Assisting with trade events and customer engagement activities
• Occasionally providing support within the trade stores when required

What we're looking for

• Full UK Drivers License - essential
• Previous field sales, business development or customer-facing sales experience
• A confident and personable approach, with excellent communication skills
• Someone who enjoys being out in the field and meeting customers face-to-face
• A proactive, self-motivated and target-driven individual
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets
• The ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with wider teams
• A genuine passion for building relationships and spotting new opportunities

You'll spend the majority of your week out visiting customers and businesses across your region, with regular repeat visits to build relationships and generate opportunities. You'll also work closely with the store and wider sales teams to ensure customers receive excellent support and opportunities are followed up effectively.
