Senior Project Manager |East London- Data Center Project

ROA Talent is supporting a leading international contractor in the appointment of a Senior Project Manager for a major construction project based in East London. This opportunity is suited to a Project Manager who has successfully delivered large-scale construction projects. We are particularly interested in professionals from Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Mission Critical or other complex technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project delivery from construction through to completion
• Manage CSA and MEP teams to achieve programme, quality and safety objectives
• Coordinate project stakeholders, subcontractors and client teams
• Drive commercial awareness and project performance
• Ensure successful integration of all project disciplines
• Maintain strong project governance and reporting structures

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
• Strong understanding of both CSA and MEP delivery
• Experience on large-scale construction projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Track record delivering projects safely, on programme and within budget
