SAP MM-EWM/WM Module Lead

Location: Maysville, Kentucky

Contract 

Education and Special Training:

Degree (B. E. / B. Tech/M.E. /MTech)

SAP S/4HANA certification in Materials Management , Embedded Warehouse Management desirable.

Roles and Responsibilities:

•           S/4 Hana implementation experience and Fiori apps required

•           Conduct workshops, testing, and user enablement sessions.

•           Lead Procure-to-Pay process like domestic procurement, imports procurement, subcontracting, consignment, services, STO, Intercompany STO, etc. 

•           Embedded Warehouse Management/Stock Room Management – Manage Inbound, Outbound, Goods Issue to Production, Physical Inventory, Internal Processes, Physical Inventory processing, Process-and layout-oriented storage control, Production supply, Slotting and Rearrangement, Yard Management and Labour Management, Replenishment processing, Extend working with deliveries by waves and cross-docking, Optimize resources and Control physical movements, Material flow system and integration with warehouse automation, Production integration, quality inspections and serial numbers

•           Configuration of enterprise structure, flexible workflow approval process, warehouse structure, POSC , LOSC , PPF action storage types, sections etc.

•           Define master data like material master , business partner, PIR,  source lists, quota , service, vendor evaluation, and procurement analytics.

•           Support integration with Finance, Production, Sales, and external systems (e.g.,3PL,banks,etc.).

•           Validate spend and supplier tracking for compliance and reporting.

•           Custom development using BAPI, BADI, user exits etc.

•           RF or Hand Held Scanner experience using bar code and QR code is required.

Experience Requirement:

• 12+ years total experience, with 7+ in SAP MM and 5+ in SAP EWM/WM

• Hands-on with workflows, vendor evaluation, and MRP processes.

• Experience with integration to FI, CO, SD QM and PP.

• Knowledge of US procurement practices and compliance standards.

• Ability to lead cross-functional discussions and solution reviews
