The Role • Champion a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and intelligent automation to prepare teams for the future of aviation technology. • Collaborate with Business and IT leadership to define and communicate systems vision, direction, and work priorities, driving progress towards technology roadmaps. • Ensure sound agile project management, business analysis, and quality assurance processes are in place and practiced. • Remove roadblocks, cultivate relationships, and effectively communicate across the enterprise at various leadership levels. • Lead, influence, and enforce technology standards to enhance development processes and application support. • Drive continuous improvement in internal development processes and optimize application support for business operations. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience. • 10 years of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience. • 7 years of experience overseeing large technology projects from inception to implementation. • 5 years of experience delivering SDLC solutions using Agile, ITIL, or similar methodologies. • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams through technical transformation. • Proven experience supporting mission-critical systems with 24/7 uptime requirements.
