Senior Audio-Visual Systems Engineer

Astreya is seeking an experienced AV support engineer to manage escalated incidents and provide advanced diagnostics across an enterprise AV environment. You will diagnose routing, DSP configurations, and display issues while coordinating with OEMs and cross-functional teams to restore service within agreed SLAs.

The role requires hands-on experience with AV networks, Dante-based systems, and control architectures, with a focus on rapid, accurate resolutions and meticulous documentation.
