Service Desk Technician

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll help ensure employees and application users have the access, tools, and support they need to be successful. Responsibilities include:

• Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for internal employees
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, account, and access-related issues
• Manage, deploy, configure, and support computers and related equipment
• Assist users with application access and authentication requests
• Collaborate with team members to resolve technical challenges efficiently
• Maintain a high level of customer service while supporting a diverse user base

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with digital tools, systems, or platforms, along with the ability to quickly learn new technologies
• At least 6 months of customer service or client-facing experience with a track record of resolving issues and building positive relationships
• At least 6 months of experience working in a collaborative team environment and contributing toward shared goals

This is a Contract position based out of Madison, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
