Rating Specialist / Technical Lead

Role: Rating Specialist / Technical Lead Location: San Antonio, TX Mode of hire: 6 months C2H (candidate consent will be requested on need)
This position is strictly W2 for or C2C for H-1B Wage Level 2
MustHave Skills

• 8-10years of overall experience with pricing or rating platforms
• Strong hands-on experience with Earnix Rating platform for P&C pricing/rating
• Proven experience integrating Earnix with Guidewire or similar platform
• Experience defining and implementing rate monitoring frameworks(KPIs, drift thresholds, alerts)
• Experience with documentation standards for pricing rules and validation

Preferred Skills

• Strong data validation and premium reconciliation experience
• Experience defining platform operating models and decision cadence
