The Role • Lead all aspects of Human Resources for a key business segment, serving on the senior leadership team. • Develop and execute HR strategies to support business growth, including talent acquisition, talent management, and organizational design. • Drive talent management and succession planning to foster future leaders within the organization. • Design and implement total rewards and human capital strategies for workforce planning and retention. • Cultivate a high-performance, inclusive, and ethical HR culture globally. • Oversee organizational capability planning and ensure positive employee relations. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred. • 15+ years of progressive Human Resources experience. • 7+ years in a leadership role. • Proven experience working with global teams and a global mindset. • Strong strategic, business, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication, coaching, influencing, and interpersonal abilities.
