We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple projects and initiatives from planning through successful delivery. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring programs align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
• Define program goals, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Track program performance and provide regular status reports to leadership.
• Identify and resolve challenges to ensure timely delivery.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations.
• Ensure programs meet quality, compliance, and business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in program, project, or operations management.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
