The Role • Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business, building credible customer relationships. • Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) products. • Develop and facilitate training programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals. • Offer back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives, ensuring seamless territory coverage. • Address field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and sales staff regarding CRM products. What You'll Need • Bachelor's Degree or four years of relevant work experience. • 1-2 years of sales or related business experience, preferably in medical devices. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to travel approximately 25-50% of the time. • Flexibility to work after hours and on weekends for case coverage and meetings.
