SAP PM Functional Analyst

Position: SAP PM Functional Analyst
Location: Jackson, MI
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Onsite Tuesday–Thursday (3 Days/Week)

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP experience – Must Have
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and SAP Customer Service (CS) modules
• Experience in Functional Design, Configuration, Implementation, and Production Support
• Strong experience with ITIL practices, including:
  • Incident Management
  • Change Management
  • Problem Management
• Experience integrating SAP with non-SAP applications, including GIS
• Strong Utilities Industry experience preferred

Good to Have

• SAP IS-U (Utilities)
• SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
• Utilities-specific solution design and complex workstream execution
• Utilities EAM solutions such as SAP EAM, SAP Screen Personas, Spatial Asset Management, Asset Performance Management, Ventyx/Hitachi
• ESRI Spatial Solutions
• RFID and handheld/wireless device experience
• Experience supporting complex, interdependent utility solutions

A Senior SAP PM Functional Analyst with 10+ years of experience, strong SAP PM/CS functional design and configuration, ITIL-based production support, Utilities industry expertise, and experience integrating SAP with GIS and other non-SAP applications
