Ecommerce Growth & Merchandising Lead

Dymocks Group is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to grow online store revenue by developing and executing trade, merchandising and optimisation strategies. You will own the online trade calendar, lead onsite merchandising, and optimise product discovery and customer journeys to improve conversion and revenue.

You will work closely with Marketing, Buying and Technology, reporting to the Head of Ecommerce. The role demands 3+ years in ecommerce, strong analytics, and collaboration across teams.
