Job Title: Platform Engineer AI & Automation Platform
Location: Remote (USA)
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer with expertise in cloud platforms, DevOps, automation, Microsoft technologies, and AI-enabled engineering. This role focuses on building and supporting enterprise platform capabilities that improve developer productivity, automate deployments, strengthen security, and enable AI-powered development using Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and enhance enterprise platform capabilities across Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, AWS, and enterprise applications.
  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, release processes, and environment management strategies.
  • Develop reusable automation frameworks, templates, APIs, connectors, and developer self-service tools.
  • Enable AI-powered development using Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and related AI services.
  • Implement platform monitoring, logging, telemetry, and operational dashboards to improve reliability and visibility.
  • Configure platform security, RBAC, API security, secrets management, and governance standards.
  • Collaborate with architecture, cloud, security, and engineering teams to ensure scalable and standardized platform solutions.
  • Support AI governance, Responsible AI initiatives, and AI agent lifecycle management.
  • Assist engineering teams with platform onboarding, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and environment provisioning.
  • Drive platform reliability, scalability, operational excellence, and cloud cost optimization.
Required Skills
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS cloud services
  • Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipeline implementation
  • REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and infrastructure automation
  • Power Platform Copilot Studio
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI
  • AI-enabled engineering workflows and automation
  • Platform security, governance, RBAC, and secrets management
  • Observability, monitoring, and logging platforms
  • Cloud-native and hybrid architecture experience
