The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Assume the leadership role of "Operations Manager (HWK)", overseeing technical and operational aspects, ensuring adherence to company standards, and managing daily operations.
• Advise and support customers from order intake to vehicle return with excellent service orientation.
• Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the scheduling and processing of incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards and corrective actions are met.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, with preference for experience as an Automotive Master Technician, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, Automotive Mechanic, or Bodywork Specialist.
• Willingness to undergo the expert examination or possess existing "Operations Manager (HWK)" certification.
• A driver's license class B, good German language skills, and PC proficiency.
• Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a high degree of trustworthiness.
