What You'll Need • Medical degree with German Approbation and board certification in Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine. • Demonstrated expertise and practical clinical experience in pediatrics. • The ability to make independent diagnostic and therapeutic decisions, even in complex situations. • An understanding of DRG systems, with a focus on optimizing patient lengths of stay and efficient resource utilization. • Ideally, a specialization or sub-specialization in a relevant area (though not mandatory).
