Program Test Manager

We are partnering with a global financial services leader in London to find a Program Test Manager for a pivotal 6-month contract.

If you thrive on bringing order to complex transformations, driving end-to-end quality, and bridging the gap between technical teams and senior business leaders, this one is for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Owning Quality Gateways: Leading end-to-end test assurance across complex business journeys, data integrations, and system rollouts to ensure seamless operational readiness.
  
• Steering Decision-Making: Translating testing metrics and residual risks into clear, actionable decision points for executive stakeholders.
  
• Leading Distributed Teams: Coordinating internal project teams, offshore testers, and third-party vendors across hybrid, Agile, and Waterfall setups.
  
• Managing Complex Data: Ensuring robust test coverage across data warehousing systems, underwriting platforms, and strict control frameworks.
  

What We're Looking For:

• Financial Services Expertise: Deep testing leadership experience within Insurance, Reinsurance, or Pensions/Retirement.
  
• Data & Integration Savvy: Solid understanding of data streams, integrations, and business process testing (bonus points if you know your way around APIs, actuarial systems, or tools like Jira/Zephyr).
  
• Supplier & Offshore Leadership: Proven track record holding external partners accountable while mentoring distributed test teams.
  
• Strong Stakeholder Presence: The confidence to provide constructive challenge and give clear go/no-go recommendations.
  

Role Details:

• Location: Hybrid (Central London office 2-3 days a week )
  
• Duration: 6-Month Contract (Starting October 2026)
