Senior UX Ecommerce Lead (Mobile First, Conversion)

Princess Polly is seeking an experienced UX Ecom Manager to own the front-end user experience across its ecommerce sites and apps. You will lead UX strategy, drive conversion through design, and ensure every customer touchpoint is on-brand and performance-led.

In this role you will collaborate with development, CRO agencies, and cross-functional teams to shape the UX roadmap, maintain accessibility, and use data to guide decisions while leveraging AI tools for efficiency.
