Job Title: Product Manager LMSi / Licensing Management Platform

Location: Burbank, CA (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: $80/hr on W2

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with 10+ years of product management and business technology experience to support and enhance the LMSi (Licensing Management System). This role will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving product strategy, roadmap execution, backlog management, and delivery of enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into actionable deliverables, managing product lifecycles, and coaching Agile teams through a product-led delivery framework.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Enterprise Application Delivery.
• Proven experience acting as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Strong experience breaking down complex business requirements into prioritized product features and deliverable components.
• Experience coaching cross-functional teams using Agile and product-led delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience managing Jira backlogs, user stories, sprint planning, and product roadmaps.
• Strong project management experience, including scope, budget, timeline, resource, and risk management.
• Experience leading software development projects in large-scale, enterprise, multi-platform environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or comparable ERP systems.
• Experience supporting Licensing Management Platforms (LMSi) or similar enterprise licensing applications.
• Familiarity with enterprise software implementation, digital transformation, and business process optimization.
• Experience with cost-benefit analysis, executive reporting, and strategic product planning.
