Position: Enterprise Architect

Compensation: $133-$165k, depending on experience

Location: Remote

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Enterprise Architect to join their team!

This is a high-impact opportunity to shape target-state architecture across data, application development, and ERP. You'll help define standards, guide major technology decisions, and turn strategy into practical solutions that support business growth and long-term scalability.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards and reference models.
• Guide architecture across data, application, and ERP environments.
• Set integration patterns for APIs, events, batch, and master data.
• Establish governance for data, AI agents, and citizen development.
• Advise teams during scoping, design, and delivery reviews.
• Evaluate build-versus-buy options and vendor solutions.
• Document architecture decisions, diagrams, and roadmaps.
• Partner with technical leads to ensure consistent implementation.
• Identify gaps, risks, and technical debt across the estate.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 12+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in architecture.
• Experience leading enterprise or solution architecture initiatives.
• Strong background in at least one: data, application, or ERP architecture.
• Proven experience designing system integrations.
• Ability to influence decisions across teams without direct authority.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Working knowledge of data governance and architecture standards.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
