Senior Delivery Manager - £85,000 - London

We’re recruiting a Senior Delivery Manager for a leading international organisation within the leisure and entertainment sector. This is an interesting opportunity for an experienced technology delivery professional looking for a role with a widely recognised brand.

You’ll continue to be hands-on in the delivery of complex technology and business change projects, but you’ll also take a broader view across the technology portfolio – helping to improve governance, reporting, planning and delivery standards and giving senior leadership greater visibility of project health, risks, dependencies and financial performance.

We’re particularly interested in someone who has progressed beyond purely managing individual projects and has started to take responsibility for how a wider portfolio of projects is governed and managed.

Key Skills:

• Significant experience delivering complex technology and business change
• Strong project/programme management fundamentals
• Hands-on experience improving PMO, governance, reporting and project controls
• The ability to look across multiple initiatives and identify portfolio-level risks, dependencies and priorities
• Strong senior stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience managing project budgets and forecasts
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers
• Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall delivery
• Experience within a multi-site, retail, leisure, hospitality or consumer-facing organisation would be advantageous

Salary: £85,000 per annum

Location: West London

4 days per week onsite / 1 day remote
