Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate, you will:

Represent nonprofit organizations and socially responsible brands at live events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach initiatives.

Engage with community members through face-to-face marketing and customer interactions.

Educate the public about nonprofit missions, fundraising campaigns, products, and community programs.

Assist with donor acquisition, lead generation, customer engagement, and campaign support.

Build positive relationships with supporters, customers, and community partners.

Collaborate with team members to execute marketing campaigns and outreach strategies.

Utilize CRM systems and campaign tracking tools to document interactions and monitor performance.

Participate in ongoing sales, marketing, leadership, and professional development training.

Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude while representing clients.

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who are:

At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework is a plus but not required).

Outgoing, personable, and confident communicating with diverse audiences.

Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Coachable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
