JOB DESCRIPTION:

Demonstrated strong domain expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance, with hands-on experience in interpreting ACORD policy formats, Broker Submission documents, and Statements of Values (SOVs).

Led data sourcing, mapping, analysis, and remediation efforts as part of legacy system migration to Guidewire PolicyCenter, ensuring high data quality and alignment with business rules.

Applied deep understanding of insurance data models and policy structures to support accurate data transformation and reconciliation across systems.

Conducted awareness and training sessions on Generative AI tools and methodologies, enabling business and technical teams to explore AI-driven efficiencies in document processing and workflow automation.

Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of insurance data standards and formats, enhancing operational accuracy and compliance.

Maintained comprehensive documentation of data mappings, transformation logic, and business rules, aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements
