Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Retail MFCS Architect with strong expertise in Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS). The ideal candidate should have hands-on implementation experience in MFCS and a strong technical background in Oracle Retail solutions. This role will be responsible for driving architecture, technical design, implementation, integration, and support for Oracle Retail merchandising solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle Retail MFCS solutions.
• Work closely with business and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and develop integrations between MFCS and other retail/enterprise systems.
• Provide technical leadership for customization, extensions, and system enhancements within the Oracle Retail ecosystem.
• Support data migration, configuration, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to MFCS implementations.
• Ensure best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines are followed across the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, functional consultants, and offshore/onshore delivery teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10 15 years of IT experience with strong expertise in Oracle Retail technologies.
• Hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Retail MFCS (Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Retail architecture, integrations, and technical components.
• Experience in solution design, technical leadership, and end-to-end project delivery.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
